What is your fitness story?
Since I was a little kid, I’ve been very active. I was playing soccer and running a lot. I took 2nd place in my private school race when I was 11. When I grew up, I realized that I needed to gain more strength so I started to do push ups. I realized then that I was addicted to working out. Now I do push ups, pull ups, abs and leg exercises, and cardio.
I am really proud of everything I did and going to keep doing because this is my lifestyle. I love every moment of my workout time and it makes me happy.
What is your typical fitness routine?
I workout 6 days a week. I have 2 days for biceps and abs, 2 days for push ups and legs, and 2 days for my back. I do cardio about 23 days a month when I am done with my other workouts..
What motivates you to stay fit?
Better health, a strong, shaped body, and seeing the results of my workouts motivate me to keep going. It’s great to see yourself develop and become a better person. Honestly, it’s my lifestyle. I am doing it all the time. I don’t even know if I can stop. I am dedicated to it. Also, my friends, especially my Argus friends, have been really great at motivating me.
How do you fit working out in your life?
It's all about making a plan and managing your time. If I skipped a day, I’ll just us my rest days to make up for it.
What are your health/fitness plans for the future?
Recently I got a request to join a calisthenics team. I am planning to work on hand walking and do all calisthenic moves. I also want to work on getting my body more in shape.
